Receptionist โ€“ Infiniti Dealership

Weโ€™re looking for a friendly, professional Receptionist to be the first smiling face and voice customers experience when they walk in or call our Infiniti dealership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all customers in a warm, professional manner as soon as they arrive
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls quickly and politely
  • Schedule service appointments using our dealership management system
  • Check customers in for service and notify advisors when they arrive
  • Handle cash, credit, and payment transactions for service visits
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area
  • Provide excellent customer service and answer basic dealership questions
  • Support the service and parts teams with administrative tasks as needed

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience (dealership experience is a plus)
