The Receptionist at our Subaru dealership in Carson City serves as the vital first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role is essential in managing multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls appropriately, and handling general administrative tasks that support daily office operations. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients warmly, managing appointment schedules, and maintaining organized records to facilitate smooth communication within the company. By performing general office duties such as copying, filing, and coordinating with various departments, the Receptionist contributes significantly to the overall productivity and customer satisfaction of the retail trade environment. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
