Job description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier and Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments
- Process customer payments for vehicle purchases, service, and parts
- Balance cash drawer and prepare daily deposits
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
