About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at PAIN & STROKE RELIEF CENTER LLC as a Medical Massage Clinic Receptionist! In this vital role, you'll be the welcoming face of our clinic, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient inquiries via phone and in-person.
  • Coordinate with massage therapists and other staff to optimize patient flow.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing and data entry.
  • Stay informed about clinic services and promotions to effectively communicate with patients.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a medical or wellness clinic setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
