Receptionist / Customer Experience Representative

BBA, Inc. โ€“ Collision Repair Specialists is growing, and we're looking for a Receptionist / Customer Experience Representative to join our team! If you love working with people, want a real career with room to grow, and want to be part of a dynamic, fast-moving industry โ€” we're the team for you.

In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for our customers and a key support to our front-end coordinators. You'll help set clear expectations and keep vehicles moving through our shop efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys interacting with customers and takes pride in handling administrative work with care.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver an unbeatable customer experience โ€” that's the #1 priority
  • Answer phones and emails, respond to questions, and route calls to the right person
  • Keep customers updated on their vehicle's status by text, email, and phone
  • Log updates in our management system and work with the Production Manager to keep the production log current
  • Update rental car companies on vehicle status through their online portals
  • Enter vehicle data for our OEM partners through their online portals
  • Handle administrative tasks: copying, scanning, and saving files
  • Generate reports for management
