RECEPTIONIST
Love produce? So do we! At R Best Produce Inc., we pride ourselves on being an established leader in produce distribution. We are currently seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and professional Receptionist to join our team at our Port Washington headquarters.
If you are a "people person" with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Requirements for Reception Position:
Professional speaking voice and superior communication skills are a must.
Prior experience in a receptionist or Administrative Assistant role is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
Must be highly organized with excellent follow-through on tasks.
English/Spanish fluency is a significant plus.
Must be responsible and able to work the required Sunday โ€“ Thursday schedule.
Responsibilities for Reception Position:
Serve as the face of the company by greeting and directing visitors, vendors, and customers with a professional demeanor.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls across a multi-line system with excellent phone manners.
Sort and distribute incoming mail and faxes efficiently.
Perform basic clerical work and additional office tasks as needed to support the team.
