Job description

Novu Skin Med Spa is looking for a professional, organized, and client-focused Finance & Reception Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Welcome clients and provide excellent service throughout their visit Assist clients with membership enrollment and explain membership options, payments, and benefits Help clients apply for financing and complete enrollment through third-party lenders Prepare and process invoices, payments, and financing paperwork accurately Answer clients' questions regarding memberships, balances, appointments, financing, and services Review next-day appointments and ensure all required notes and information are complete Follow up with clients regarding memberships, appointments, outstanding items, and available services Make outbound follow-up calls during available time Schedule and confirm appointments Communicate clearly with the Finance, Reception, Sales, and Management teams Maintain accurate client records and protect confidential information Help resolve client concerns professionally and promptly Support the reception area and maintain an organized, welcoming environment Occasionally make bank deposits and handle company funds responsibly
