Job description

The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support as a receptionist for the Atlanta Division Office, assist with the Division Vice President's Office, and provide administrative support to the Regional Directors and District Managers.  The purpose of this position also provides support to other Atlanta Division staff members as needed.  The responsibilities listed on this position analysis are not intended to be all-inclusive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • performing reception duties at the Atlanta Division office
  • screening/granting/securing access for associates/customers/vendors/visitors entering building
  • ordering, receiving, and maintaining all office supplies from external businesses/printing services
  • opening, sorting, and distributing mail received daily at the office
  • other administrative duties to assist the office of the Divisional Vice President
