Compensation and training

  • 4‑week paid mentorship: Get paid while training one‑on‑one with an experienced mentor.
  • Solo pay after upgrade: $0.55 per mile; typical weekly mileage averages 2,500 miles ($1,375-$1550 per week), plus safety and performance bonuses.
  • $1,000 sign‑on bonus payable after upgrade; $500 performance bonus at 90 days post‑upgrade.
  • Mileage pay increases at 3, 6 and 12 months following training completion.
  • Tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 for CDL school (terms and eligibility apply).
