Overview

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers, including candidates with limited or no professional driving experience through a paid Class A training program. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, operating primarily east of I-35, with assignments originating from or reporting to the Tallahassee, FL area. The company provides steady freight, reliable home time, late-model equipment, and comprehensive benefits beginning on day one.

  • Training covers safe tractorโ€‘trailer operation, compliant ELD use, trip reporting, preโ€‘trip/postโ€‘trip inspections, and company procedures.
  • Progress is assessed through supervised driving and competency evaluations prior to solo assignments.

Typical duties

  • Safely operate a Class A tractorโ€‘trailer in accordance with DOT and company regulations.
  • Haul primarily noโ€‘touch dry van freight (approximately 70% dropโ€‘andโ€‘hook) for customers across the Eastern U.S.
  • Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain onโ€‘time performance.
  • Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
  • Perform preโ€‘trip and postโ€‘trip vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance needs.
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL or eligibility to obtain one; recent graduates who meet the training program instruction requirement (minimum 120 hours) are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to operate primarily east of I-35 and to work OTR, regional, or dedicated routes as assigned.
