Job description

Location: Must live within 90 miles of Laredo, TX

Position Type: Recent CDL School Graduate

Launch Your Driving Career

Just earned your CDL? This program is designed specifically for recent truck driving school graduates who are ready to gain hands-on experience and begin their career as a professional over-the-road driver.

No previous driving experience is required.

Qualifications
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Graduated from a truck driving school within the last 12 months
  • Ability to meet DOT requirements
  • Good driving record
  • Willing to travel for onboarding and complete mentor training
New Driver Onboarding

Qualified candidates will attend a 7-day onboarding program in Tontitown, AR before beginning over-the-road training. (Travel expenses covered)

During onboarding, drivers will:

  • Meet members of the operations and safety teams
  • Complete a driving assessment
  • Participate in additional instruction if necessary
  • Learn company procedures and expectations
  • Paid Orientation
  • $100 Food Stipend
Driver Mentor Program

Following onboarding, drivers will spend a minimum of 10 days on the road with an experienced mentor driver.

Training Pay
  • Earn a flat rate of $75 per day during training.

After successfully completing the mentor program, drivers will transition into a solo driving position.

After Training

As a solo driver, you will:

  • Be assigned your own truck
  • Earn CPM based on your home location and account assignment
  • Become eligible for bonus opportunities
  • Begin building valuable over-the-road experience and long-term earning potential
