What skills/attributes are a must have?

            5+ years experience designing, managing, or maintaining Active Directory for alarge enterprise, or as a consultant to large organizations

            3+ years experience planning and executing AD migration or consolidationprojects

            Knowledge of infrastructure, platform, and data security architecture

            Excellent written and verbal communications skills

What skills/attributes are nice to have?

            Demonstrable collaboration, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills

            Architecture experience in SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, or cloud computing

            Knowledge of major compliance frameworks (e.g. HIPAA, PCI, NIST 800-53, SOX)

            Security certifications including CISSP, GSEC, CISM, or Security+
