Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic business decisions and improve operational performance. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to analyze data, build dashboards, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Write efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
  • Create visualizations that communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare recurring business reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
  • Automate recurring reports and improve existing reporting processes.
  • Document data models, business rules, and analytical methodologies.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and provide recommendations based on business needs.
Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting (Recent Graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Internship or academic project experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
