Based in our **Sidney, OH** location, you will support the accurate and timely preparation and reporting financial information to leadership teams. This position will be key in completing reconciliations, analysis of general ledger accounts, monthly journal entries and needed financial reports.**AS SR. FINANCIAL ANALYST, YOU WILL:*** Create and enter manual journal entries and prepare reconciliations for month end close and maintain supporting workpapers and analyses.* Coordinate monthly billings related to centralized charges and work with company legal entities to ensure proper recording of such charges.* Perform account analysis of various general ledger accounts. Identify and resolve issues and implement process improvements.* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to meet Company and Government reporting requirements.* Support field work of internal and external auditors.* Participate in department and/or cross-functional projects and provide other ad-hoc analysis as needed.* Engage with technical teams and other resources working on Oracle and process improvement initiatives to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.**Flexible Work Schedule – Remote Work Option and Core Hours:**This role has the flexibility of a remote work option up to two days a week.
