Summary:
Assist in preparing complete and accurate working plans and detailed drawings from rough or detailed sketches or notes by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge of sustainable strategies.
  • Active in the production of design documents, including: SD, DD, CD and CA.
  • Show progress towards licensure.
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills are a must.
  • Hands on approach and flexibility are a must.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients to provide a high level of service.
  • Involvement with pre-design and programming phases of a project.
  • Participating in the production of design documents.

Required Qualifications:
  • B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited school of Architecture.
  • 0 to 3 years of architecture practice experience (including at least 1 year of U.S. experience).
  • Strong design portfolio.

Other Requirements
  • Experience with Revit is preferred.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Annual salary range is $60,000 to $67,000, commensurate with experience.
