KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support daily logistics operations, including material movements, receiving, shipping, inventory transactions, and documentation activities for Onsite Logistics in coordination with stakeholders, customers and service providers Travel to customers and supplier locations as required to support operational needs. Verify that third-party logistics providers (3PLs) are following established processes for material handling, transportation, and returns management.

Monitor the return flow of parts and materials from manufacturing sites to approved cleaning vendors. Identify and report operational discrepancies, delays, damaged materials, or process deviations. Assist with inventory verification activities, cycle counts, and material audits when required.

Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within logistics systems and reports. Support the collection and reporting of basic operational metrics and status updates. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Coordinate with warehouse personnel, material handlers, transportation providers, and customer representatives to resolve routine operational issues. Escalate exceptions, process gaps, and service concerns management for resolution. Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing operational feedback and observations from field activities.

TECHNICAL SKILLS: Ability to follow established processes and identify potential operational issues. Understands the impact of logistics execution on operational performance and customer satisfaction. Supports established processes while learning industry and company best practices.

No direct supervisory responsibilities. Works collaboratively with site personnel and logistics partners. Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and professionalism while representing the organization at multiple locations.

Communicates effectively with internal teams, customers, and logistics providers. Maintains positive working relationships across functions and locations. Provides clear updates regarding operational status, findings, and exceptions.

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education, logistics experience, and demonstrated knowledge may be considered in lieu of a degree. 0-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, supply chain, or inventory management.

Basic knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and SAP will be a plus. Ability to travel frequently to support multiple operational locations.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
