THE ROLE 

Stock Associate

  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming stock to ensure inventory accuracy.

  • Ensure the sales floor, shelves, storage areas, and aisles are consistently stocked, tidy, and well-organized for efficient product access.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom, adhering to company safety protocols and inventory management standards.

  • Collaborate with team members and management to identify and resolve stock discrepancies or inventory issues in a timely manner.

  • Support the sales team needs while prioritizing the customer experience.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and carry out stock-related tasks quickly and accurately.
