Key Responsibilities
Production & Inventory Control
  • Perform daily production reconciliation, ensuring all finished goods are accurately recorded and matched to production reports.
  • Maintain real‑time inventory accuracy for both finished goods and raw materials.
  • Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly and thoroughly.
Receiving & Raw Material Management
  • Oversee receiving operations, including verification of quantities, lot codes, COAs, and condition of incoming materials.
  • Ensure raw materials are properly labeled, stored, and staged for production.
  • Communicate shortages, overages, or quality concerns to the appropriate departments.
Shipping & Finished Goods Handling
  • Coordinate outbound shipments, ensuring orders are picked, staged, and loaded accurately and on time.
  • Verify all shipping documentation, including BOLs, packing lists, and pallet tags.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of finished goods storage areas.
Documentation & System Updates
  • Upload all receiving, shipping, and production paperwork into the company system daily.
  • Ensure digital records are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal standards.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps in documentation or workflow.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of warehouse, production, or inventory experience (leadership experience preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Comfortable using inventory or ERP systems; strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, team‑focused attitude.
  • Forklift certified (mandatory)
