The Receiving Manager is responsible for overseeing all receiving operations, ensuring accurate processing of incoming shipments, proper documentation, and compliance with company standards. This role supports inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and audit readiness through consistent execution of receiving procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily receiving operations to ensure accurate and efficient processing of incoming shipments
  • Ensure all deliveries are verified for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation
  • Maintain accurate receiving records and support overall inventory accuracy
  • Monitor receiving activity to identify discrepancies, errors, or process gaps
  • Supervise receiving staff to ensure adherence to company procedures and performance expectations
  • Coordinate scheduling and workflow for receiving operations
  • Ensure proper handling of discrepancies, including damages, shortages, and documentation issues
  • Support compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and operational controls
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area
Qualifications
