The Receiving Manager is responsible for overseeing all receiving operations, ensuring accurate processing of incoming shipments, proper documentation, and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily receiving operations to ensure accurate and efficient processing of incoming shipments
- Ensure all deliveries are verified for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation
- Maintain accurate receiving records and support overall inventory accuracy
- Monitor receiving activity to identify discrepancies, errors, or process gaps
- Supervise receiving staff to ensure adherence to company procedures and performance expectations
- Coordinate scheduling and workflow for receiving operations
- Ensure proper handling of discrepancies, including damages, shortages, and documentation issues
- Support compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and operational controls
