Join Our Team – Shipping amp; Receiving Associate
Location: AGF Glass – Springfield, MO

We are looking for a Shipping amp; Receiving Associate to join our growing organization and help ensure the smooth flow of materials that support our fabrication operations.


Job Overview
As a Shipping amp; Receiving Associate, you will play a vital role in our supply chain by managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring our glass products are handled safely and efficiently. Your reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic directly support our commitment to quality and exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming glass and materials, unload trucks, and check for damage

Prepare and package outgoing shipments to ensure safe transport of glass products

Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move and stage materials

Use scanners and tracking systems to maintain accurate inventory records

Partner with production and other departments to coordinate material flow

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines


Skills amp; Requirements
Experience with scanners and general warehouse operations

Forklift and crane certification/experience, or ability to obtain (glass handling experience preferred)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds independently and frequently

Ability to stand for extended periods

Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (Class E License or ability to obtain a plus)

Must pass a pre-employment drug screening

Must pass a background check


Schedule amp; Pay
Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Overtime as needed

Starting pay: $17/hour

Major holidays off
