Job description

The Dental Hygienist contributes to AHF by providing periodontal care and dental hygiene services for AHF patients. The Dental Hygienist will work with supervising Dentists to establish, revise and/or monitor periodontal recall/maintenance program. Acts as a patient advocate and performs those duties necessary to provide quality care as reflected in the mission of AHF. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Begins assigned clinics on time 2.Works with supervising Dentists to establish, revise and/or monitor periodontal recall/maintenance program 3.Able to perform digital x-rays 4.Demonstrates sound infection control procedures and technique processing and sterilizing instruments, set-up, breakdown and disinfect clinical areas 5.Work with supervising dentist to establish revise and/or monitor periodontal recall/maintenance program
The Dental Hygienist enhances the reputation of AHF by acting as a patient advocate and performing the duties necessary to provide quality care as reflected in the mission of AHF.
