Job Description The Rebate Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the strategic and collaborative process of documenting contracts with various solar and electric vehicle state rebate programs. This role involves monitoring sales activity within these agreements, handling accruals, and processing rebate claims promptly. The Rebate Manager ensures compliance with rebate programs and automates calculations to manage complex deal structures effectively.

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for rebate contracts with various programs Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and timely submission of rebate claims. Monitor and analyze sales activity to ensure compliance with rebate agreements and identify opportunities for improvement. Manage the accrual process to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely rebate payments.

Process rebate claims efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to rebate claims promptly and professionally. Implement and maintain automated systems to manage rebate calculations and compliance.

Ensure all rebate programs and processes adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Regularly review and update rebate management procedures to align with best practices and company objectives. Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to align rebate strategies with business goals.
