Nucor Rebar Fabrication Midwest is seeking a Project Manager in Fort Wayne, IN to oversee complex construction projects from estimating to final completion. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience alongside proven construction project management experience or at least ten years as a rebar detailer. Compensation and Benefits $83,657.60 base salary plus annual Return on Assets (ROA) and Profit-Sharing bonuses Paid weekly with performance bonuses, paid vacation (3 weeks after 1 year), 10 paid holidays, and 1 personal day Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage after 30 days Retirement options including company-matched 401(k) and employee stock purchase program with a 10% company match Educational support featuring $5,250/year tuition reimbursement for teammates ($2,625 for spouses) and a $4,000/year child scholarship program
