YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR REALTY LISTING COORDINATOR - TRANSACTION COORDINATOR

Your day will start by diving into checklists, ensuring every detail of real estate transactions and listings is perfectly coordinated. As calls come in, you'll handle them with professionalism and care, setting up appointments and managing schedules. You'll accompany the team leader to listing appointments, providing seamless support that keeps everything running smoothly. In addition, you'll play an essential role in planning and executing team events, bringing creativity and organization to the table. Every task you handle will contribute to creating an exceptional client experience.

Here's what we need from you:

  • Organization and project management skills
  • Strong technology and computer proficiency involving MAC or PC, including Microsoft Suite and Google (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Dropbox, Outlook, Google Docs, etc.)
  • Ability to demonstrate a calm demeanor in all situations and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Effective problem-solving skills and an eye for accuracy
  • Professional, polite, well-spoken, and courteous demeanor

Proficiency in social media sources like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram is preferred but not required.
