How profitable is being a realtor?

Realtor income varies widely based on location, experience, and sales volume, with many earning a commission-based income that can range from moderate to high. Successful realtors who build a strong client base and have good negotiation skills can achieve significant earnings, but income is not guaranteed and depends on market conditions and individual effort.
