Job description

Recognized as the No. 1 site trusted by real estate professionals, Realtor.com® has been at the forefront of online real estate for over 25 years, connecting buyers, sellers, and renters with trusted insights and expert guidance to find their perfect home. Through its robust suite of tools, Realtor.com® not only makes a significant impact on the real estate industry at large, but for consumers, navigating the biggest purchase they will make in their life, by providing a user experience that is easy to use, easy to understand, and most of all, easy to make decisions.
Join us on our mission to empower more people to find their way home by breaking barriers to entry, making the right connections, and building confidence through expert guidance.
Realtor.com connects millions of home buyers and sellers with agents and professionals. At the center of that connection is a lead, a genuine consumer inquiry that needs to reach the right person, fast. The Lead Delivery team owns that moment.
As Senior Product Manager for Lead Ingestion & Delivery, you will own the end-to-end pipeline that takes a consumer inquiry and transforms it to a verified and delivered contact. You will define the product strategy for lead ingestion, validation, spam prevention, and multi-channel delivery, ensuring every legitimate inquiry arrives reliably, within SLA, and in the format each customer expects.
This role sits at the intersection of consumer trust, revenue impact, and technical infrastructure. You will partner closely with an engineering team building Webhook integrations into a wide range of customer CRMs, drive a consolidation effort to unify lead delivery across multiple legacy services, and build the customer-facing documentation that helps clients get value from day one.
The right candidate brings a strong systems mindset, comfort working deep in technical architecture, and a track record of shipping reliable, scalable infrastructure products.
What You'll Do:
Lead Ingestion and Validation
  • Own the product strategy for lead ingestion, defining how consumer inquiries are received, parsed, and validated across all entry points.
  • Drive spam lead identification and prevention initiatives, setting quality standards that protect client experience and revenue integrity.
  • Partner with engineering to maintain and evolve inquiry ingestion, ensuring reliability, scalability, and clear contracts for upstream systems.

Lead Delivery
  • Define and own SLA targets for API (Webhook), email, and SMS lead delivery, and drive the roadmap to consistently meet them.
  • Work with engineering and Realtor clients to build and maintain CRM integrations across a range of customer systems, including support for custom formatters and varied data schemas.
  • Lead the consolidation of lead delivery infrastructure from multiple services into a unified, maintainable platform.
  • Identify and resolve delivery failures, routing gaps, and channel-level performance issues through data-driven prioritization.

Customer Enablement
  • Create and maintain customer-facing onboarding documentation, integration guides, and technical references that enable clients to self-serve and go live faster.
  • Partner with customer success and sales to translate client delivery preferences and CRM requirements into clear product requirements.
  • Define the preferred delivery method framework, ensuring clients can configure and update their delivery preferences with minimal friction.
  • Identify and prioritize AI-first methodologies to improve customer onboarding, self-service capabilities, and streamline integration.

Cross-functional Leadership
  • Serve as the primary product owner for a dedicated engineering team, running sprint ceremonies, maintaining a prioritized backlog, and removing blockers.
  • Collaborate with data, analytics, and operations teams to define success metrics and monitor pipeline health in production.
  • Communicate roadmap, tradeoffs, and delivery status clearly to senior stakeholders and revenue leadership.
What You'll Bring:
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years owning infrastructure, platform, or data pipeline products.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering on API and Webhook design, system architecture, and integration patterns.
  • Experience defining and managing against SLAs in a production environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable using data to diagnose delivery issues, prioritize work, and measure impact.
  • Track record of successfully consolidating or migrating services with minimal disruption to internal and external customers.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including experience producing technical documentation for external audiences.

Preferred
  • Experience in real estate, proptech, or marketplace businesses. Familiarity with CRM systems and the integration patterns commonly used to connect them (webhooks, custom formatters).
  • Background in spam detection, lead quality, or consumer data validation
How We Work:
We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration. For most roles, our employees work three or more days in our offices, where they have the opportunity to collaborate in-person, adding richness to our culture and knitting us closer together.

  • Tuition Reimbursement program for degreed and non-degreed programs
  • 1:1 personalized Financial Planning Sessions
  • Student Debt Retirement Savings Match program
