Responsibilities
  • Prospect Strategically: Engage potential clients through phone outreach, networking, and the PLACE consumer app while following established systems.
  • Advise Clients: Learn each client's goals and guide them through the purchase, sale, or investment process.
  • Provide Market Insight: Deliver timely information using proprietary data and advanced property valuation tools.
  • Negotiate Effectively: Represent clients' interests and work to secure favorable terms.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Provide responsive, high-quality service and maintain regular communication that encourages lasting loyalty.
Qualifications
  • Sales Experience: Experience in real estate or another competitive sales field, supported by a history of achievement.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build trust, establish rapport, and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
  • Independent and Team-Oriented: Comfortable managing responsibilities independently while contributing to a collaborative environment.
  • Adaptable Problem Solver: Able to navigate challenges and respond effectively to changes in the real estate market.
  • Licensed or Willing to Become Licensed: Holds an active real estate license or is prepared to obtain one promptly.
Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
