Job description

About the Role:

We’re seeking a hands-on and dependable Maintenance Technician to keep our residential property clean, safe, and in top condition. You'll handle routine repairs, emergency maintenance, and ensure a high standard of living for our residents.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and unit turnovers

  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, including on-call support

  • Maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances

  • Keep grounds clean, including landscaping and snow removal

  • Ensure property is safe and meets code requirements

  • Use and maintain tools and equipment properly and safely

  • Prepare vacant units for new residents

  • Clean and maintain common areas

  • Order maintenance supplies as needed

  • Follow safety protocols and attend required training

  • Other operational tasks


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 2+ years of maintenance or related experience preferred

  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in various conditions (heights, tight spaces, weather)

  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook); RealPage experience a plus

  • Trade school or industry certifications a plus
