• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs, documenting their history and presenting concerns to establish effective treatment plans.

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in building rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• Strong capacity for empathy and understanding, enabling effective interactions with clients facing various challenges.
• Organizational skills and time management effectiveness to ensure timely therapy sessions and accurate record-keeping.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital therapy tools to deliver mental health services.
• A background in evidence-based practice and documented success in utilizing structured interventions.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of multicultural counseling principles.
• Previous participation in professional development or continuing education programs focused on remote therapy techniques.
