Joint Ventures Associate – Los Angeles & Irvine, CA


A top-tier law firm is seeking a skilled Joint Ventures Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its Los Angeles office. This role provides the opportunity to work on highly sophisticated real estate joint ventures and complex entity structures in a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong experience handling complex real estate joint ventures, including structuring and negotiating LLC and partnership agreements involving institutional and private investors.

• Demonstrated ability to draft and review real estate limited liability company and partnership agreements with precision and attention to detail.

• Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

• Capable of balancing team collaboration with independent responsibility on transactions and assignments.

Major law firm experience is strongly preferred.

• A consistent record of academic excellence.

• Must be admitted to the State Bar of California.


Compensation:

• The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $225,000 to $300,000 per year.

• Actual salary will depend on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
