Role Description The Real Estate Agent will manage the full sales cycle for residential and/or commercial properties, including prospecting, listing, marketing, showing, and closing transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand their needs, conducting property tours, preparing and presenting offers, negotiating contract terms, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and other closing activities. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends in San Diego, CA, preparing comparative market analyses, and ensuring all transactions comply with legal and brokerage requirements. The agent will also develop leads through networking, referrals, open houses, and online channels, while maintaining accurate records in CRM and listing platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License in the state of California.
  • Candidates should possess strong Real Estate knowledge and understanding of local market dynamics.
