Job description

We’re looking for a driven real estate team catalyst to assist the lead agent and complete administrative tasks. Responsibilities include liaising between the agent and clientele, screening messages and notifying the agent of important information, and overseeing schedules and travel arrangements.


You’ll also be responsible for organizing office records and customer data, and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. $55,000 at plan


Responsibilities:
  • Adjust to the needs of the real estate office and execute other assistant duties when necessary
  • Input information received about clients through streamlined database management
  • Coordinate with agents to keep transactions moving forward smoothly
  • Ensure that clients receive clear communications and updates on milestones and processes
  • Coordinate with the HQ team to ensure that administrative, marketing, and scheduling are completed on time
  • Assist with client and transaction paperwork, ensuring accuracy and proper process flow
  • Accompany lead agents on appointments

Qualifications:
  • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
  • Experience in the real estate industry preferred
  • Accustomed to navigating computer software such as Microsoft Office and MLS
  • High school diploma required
  • Proficiency with common communication and scheduling software
  • Service mentality
