Louis Williams brings more than 20 years of experience in prospecting, conversion, negotiation, and closing. His coaching gives agents practical skills they can use immediately to build confidence, create appointments, and grow a steady pipeline.
Nicole teaches agents how to guide buyers with structure, care, and strong judgment. Her systems help you stay ahead of the details while still knowing how to pivot when a client's needs change.
Behind you is a fully built operations team that handles much of the paperwork and transaction process once your client signs.

This is a commission-based opportunity with annual earning potential of $75K-$125K for dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Execute lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Use the best technology available in the real estate industry
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
