Job description

The Real Estate Strategy Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic real estate decision-making across a dynamic client portfolio. This role blends data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and business case development to drive operational excellence and portfolio strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and is passionate about transforming complex data into actionable insights.

In this hybrid role, you will report to the Senior Director, Global Places and Servicesย 

You will

  • Data Stewardship: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of portfolio data, ensuring high integrity in supply/demand metrics, KPIs, and market health reporting.
  • Requirements Gathering: Formalize demand forecasts into detailed real estate requirement documents for expansion, consolidation, and sequencing.
  • Predictive Modeling: Build and maintain supply/demand models to generate the data-driven forecasts used for long-term strategic planning.
  • Inform Documentation: Produce standardized reports and strategic briefings that translate complex analytics into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Technical Liaison: Define and document technical requirements for the analytics team to ensure dashboards align with business strategy.
  • Analytical Support: Execute data-heavy ad-hoc analysis to support business case development and multi-market occupier engagements.

You have

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience: 4 years of experience in data analysis, corporate real estate, or business intelligence.
  • Technical Writing: Proven ability to create clear, concise documentation and process workflows.
  • Analytical Rigor: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage large datasets without compromising accuracy.
  • Agility: Ability to pivot between deep-dive data tasks and collaborative project coordination in a fast-paced environment.
