Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales by actively engaging with clients and providing exceptional service throughout the buying and selling process.
  • Leverage our Zillow Preferred/FLEX team status to manage and convert a steady stream of new leads into successful transactions.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that enhance property visibility and attract potential buyers.
  • Conduct thorough market analyses to provide clients with accurate property valuations and informed advice.
  • Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients to secure the best possible terms and conditions in each transaction.

Qualifications:
