The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing, focusing on representing clients within the Greater Portland Metro area, extending into Southwest Washington and along the I-5 corridor to Southern Oregon.   • Sales & Leasing: Represent clients in the leasing and/or sales of retail, office, or industrial properties within the defined territory.ย

  • Market Expertise: The candidate should have a deep understanding of the Greater Portland Metro and SW Washington markets to identify opportunities and provide strategic advice to clients.ย

Requirements

Qualifications:ย 

  • Proven track record as a commercial real estate broker with experience in leasing and/or sales in the retail, office, or industrial sectors.ย 
  • Established book of business and strong professional network.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Portland Metro, SW Washington, and I-5 corridor real estate markets.

License/Certificate Required:

  • ย Valid Driver's License
