Real Estate Productivity Coach
Who you work with matters. We are looking for an experienced real estate professional who wants to continue growing personal production while mentoring both developing and experienced agents within a collaborative real estate environment. This leadership opportunity offers a competitive salary plus performance bonus with target annual earnings of approximately $130,000. It is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys coaching, collaboration, and helping others succeed while continuing to build their own real estate business.
You will work alongside licensed agents and individuals completing real estate school by sharing practical knowledge gained through real transactions, strengthening communication skills, and helping others build confidence through consistent daily activity and accountability. While supporting the growth of others, you will remain actively involved in your own production and continue serving clients.
Working closely with office leadership and experienced real estate professionals, you will provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing support that helps agents improve lead generation, client communication, follow-up, and overall business development. Through mentorship and real-world experience, you will continue expanding your leadership abilities while contributing to a productive and growth-focused office culture.
