Job description

About the Role

The Kian Law Group, a California civil litigation firm representing landlords in eviction and related real estate disputes, is hiring a full-time, fully remote Closer. No prospecting and no cold calls: our Marketing Development Rep qualifies inbound leads from our paid advertising and books them directly onto your calendar. Your job is to run the consultation, show prospective clients why we're the right firm for their matter, and get the retainer signed.

What You'll Do

- Run pre-booked consultations with landlords already qualified by our MDR

- Diagnose the prospect's situation, explain how the firm helps, and present fees with confidence

- Close - get retainers signed and kick off onboarding, same call whenever possible

- Follow up with prospects who don't sign on the first consultation

- Coordinate handoffs with the MDR and flag lead-quality trends

- Keep CRM records clean and log the outcome of every consultation

What We're Looking For

- Proven closing experience: high-ticket inside sales, one-call-close, or consultative phone sales

- You present pricing without flinching and handle objections without a script

- Empathetic but in control - landlords often arrive frustrated; you make them feel heard, then lead them to a decision

- Self-directed and reliable in a fully remote environment

- Comfortable with CRM, scheduling, and e-signature software

- Law firm or legal services sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

- Commission-driven: you earn a flat amount for every signed retainer - your income is tied directly to your close rate

- Realistic total monthly earnings of $3,000-$10,000 including commissions, depending on your close rate

- Guaranteed ramp of $4,000 per month for your first two months while your calendar fills

- After the ramp, a monthly draw against commissions so you always have a floor

- Every appointment is pre-qualified and pre-booked; no self-sourcing required

- Fully remote with flexibility and a culture that maintains clear boundaries between work and personal life
