Real Estate Finance Associate (3–7 Years)
Location: Miami, Florida

A premier AmLaw firm with a growing Miami office is seeking a talented Real Estate Finance Associate with 3–7 years of experience to join its nationally recognized Real Estate Finance practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience at a top-tier law firm representing lenders, borrowers, sponsors, and investors in sophisticated commercial real estate financing transactions. Candidates should have substantial experience handling:

  • Commercial mortgage and mezzanine financings

  • Preferred equity investments

  • Permanent and bridge loan originations

  • Construction financing

  • Loan participations and syndications, including loan sales

  • Co-lender and intercreditor agreements

  • Loan workouts, restructurings, and other complex financing transactions

The successful candidate will possess outstanding academic credentials, exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to manage sophisticated transactions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
