Summary
As a Real Estate Agent with the Brian Weast Group in Richardson, USA, you'll help clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence. Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process, providing knowledgeable and responsive service.
  • Conduct property tours, prepare comparative market analyses, and advise clients on pricing and market conditions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, marketing, and lead follow-up.
  • Create and execute effective property marketing strategies, including online listings, social media, open houses, and promotional materials.
  • Negotiate offers, contracts, and transaction terms while advocating for clients' interests and maintaining professionalism.
  • Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, title companies, attorneys, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.

  • Strong knowledge of the Richardson and surrounding Dallas-Fort Worth real estate markets
