Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Agent role based in Orlando, FL. The Real Estate Sales Agent will work directly with buyers and sellers, guiding them through the entire transaction process from initial consultation to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and negotiating terms on behalf of clients. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local market, performing comparative market analyses, and coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and title companies. The agent will be expected to deliver high-quality customer service, manage a pipeline of clients, and participate in team meetings, trainings, and local networking or marketing activities.


Qualifications
