Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Agent role based in Orlando, FL. The Real Estate Sales Agent will work directly with buyers and sellers, guiding them through the entire transaction process from initial consultation to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and negotiating terms on behalf of clients. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local market, performing comparative market analyses, and coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and title companies. The agent will be expected to deliver high-quality customer service, manage a pipeline of clients, and participate in team meetings, trainings, and local networking or marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Real Estate Sales, with the ability to manage listings, showings, and negotiations.
• Active Real Estate License in the state of Florida, with comprehensive understanding of Real Estate regulations and practices.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with a track record of building trust and maintaining client relationships.
• Successful Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities, both in person and in writing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
• Comfort with basic real estate technology tools, CRM systems, and online listing platforms.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client needs.
• Knowledge of the Orlando, FL residential and luxury property market is highly beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally for showings and appointments.
