What You’ll Do

  • Sell investment properties to cash buyers and investors.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with buyers.
  • Negotiate offers and maximize assignment fees.
  • Coordinate with acquisitions, transaction coordinators, and title companies.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
  • Follow proven systems while continuously improving your sales skills.
  • Consistently hit or exceed KPIs.

Responsibilities:
  • Find and qualify investors through calls, meetings, and networking.
  • Use our platform and data to match investors with properties.
  • Coordinate showings, offers, and closings.
  • Juggle multiple transactions in a high-activity, team-driven sales culture.
  • Communicate with investors daily.
  • Work 5 days per week.

Qualifications:
  • Competitive, coachable, and motivated by performance-based pay.
  • Comfortable with 100% commission.
  • Early career sales experience preferred, including SDR, automotive, insurance, hospitality, retail, or licensed real estatagents/wholesalers.
  • No real estate license required.
  • Some industry experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up habits.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
