Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in buying and selling properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers and renters
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts
  • Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local real estate laws and company policies
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments in the Vancouver area
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and leases to achieve the best outcomes for clients
  • Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
Qualifications
  • Valid real estate license in the state of Washington or Oregon
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role (preferred)
