We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our esteemed team in Florida.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex commercial real estate transactions and a proven track record of success in providing strategic legal advice.
Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and development agreements.
Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, and coordinate with title companies, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients on real estate matters and develop innovative solutions to complex legal issues.
Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
Meet billable hour requirements and record time efficiently.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida Bar.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
Strong knowledge of real estate law and transaction procedures.
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
