Duties and Responsibilities:

You'll handle a wide range of technical maintenance tasks, independently and as part of a team.  Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Common area maintenance (change light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles and daytime emergency janitorial duties)
  • Minor dry wall repair, taping
  • Painting and paint touch-ups
  • Security of leased spaces, including working with locksmiths and re-keying units, as needed.
  • Carpentry skills and ability to review and interpret construction/site plans is helpful.
  • Minor plumbing and electrical repairs that do not require a license.
  • HVAC diagnostics and basic repairs.
  • Yard and landscaping upkeep - trimming, edging, mowing lawn, collecting trash, and occasional snow removal.
  • Concreate curb and parking lot maintenance
  • Will require lifting, pushing, pulling 75 pounds or more on occasion
  • Bi-lingual is a PLUS!

Job Requirements:

  • 2 + years of relevant experience in building/property maintenance.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a "do it right the first time" mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Great communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Background check required.
  • Lifting, pushing, pulling 75 pounds or more on occasion
  • Bi-lingual is a PLUS!

Hours:

8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday with occasional on-call and weekend hours.

Travel:

Candidates must be willing and able to travel occasionally within the local region for business purposes. All travel is completed within a single day; no overnight travel is required.
