Job description

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks experienced attorneys to join the Transactions Team of GCSolutions in Phoenix, Arizona. The attorney in this role will be representing private developers, companies which have real estate needs ancillary to their primary business, and large landowners.
GCSolutions is an alternative legal service provider that offers clients cost-effective services staffed by highly qualified attorneys. Positions allow flexible scheduling, work-life balance, and the ability to work remotely. GCSolutions attorneys are expected to contribute to team development but are not expected to build a book of business or make a significant investment of time in firm or client development. Opportunities are available on a part-time and full-time basis.
Qualifications
  • Candidates will have at least 8 years of experience.
  • Candidates will have primary experience with general corporate and real estate transactions.
  • The ideal candidate will have firm experience handling a wide range of challenging and complex issues, including real estate development, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing and real estate lending.
  • Candidates must be licensed in Arizona.
  • Candidates must have excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials as well as strong writing and analytical skills.

The national average salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000. Starting salary will be determined based on hours expectation.
