Responsibilities
  • Complete the PLACE Launch training program
  • Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
  • Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
  • Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Host a minimum of two open houses each month
  • Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
  • Actively participate in team events and initiatives as required
  • Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Guide sellers through the listing process, secure listings, and promote properties
  • Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other services related to listings
