Job description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales, build brand awareness, and create customer loyalty. This individual will also need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of the real estate industry. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, creating promotional materials, outbound sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that all sales goals are met. Compensation will be a base plus commission.
Responsibilities:
Converting warm leads into satisfied customers through outbound sales
Developing and implementing effective strategies to attract and retain real estate owners and investors.
Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
Maintaining positive relationships with owner clients and addressing their needs and concerns
Collaborating with property managers, maintenance staff, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery
Preparing and presenting sales reports and performance metrics to senior management
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, real estate, or a related field
At least 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the residential property management industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and tools
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and social media platforms
